We are delighted to welcome Chris Millard, fitness specialist, to the Kampus team.
Residents can look forward to seeing this friendly face around our gym, as our in residence personal trainer. Alongside 1:1 PT sessions, he will also be hosting group classes for both residents and non-residents in our state of the art gym and fitness studio.
Specialising in strength and conditioning, Chris takes influence from Barre and Pilates to promote good posture and proper form. His fitness programmes are designed to suit varying needs and circumstances. Chris is also passionate about creating inclusive and safe training sessions for all bodies.
