Something More Productive is an independent café and bar in South Manchester, serving a seasonal menu with a focus on local suppliers and community projects. May, from Rice Over Everything, has joined forces to bring her Burmese culinary expertise, to their offering. The Little Sri Lankan came to fruition during the lockdown of 2020 doing rice & curry packs when things slowly opened up we started doing markets & then in 2022 we started to do supper clubs. All of our recipes come from Malanies family with both of us putting our own twists on dishes using the experience we have gained from working in kitchens throughout the years.
