Exclusive viewings released for Minshull Warehouse and Minto & Turner

Aug 24 2021

Announcing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make our incredible Victorian shipping Warehouses your home. We are opening 10 slots over this bank holiday weekend for these coveted historic addresses. Operating on a first come first serve basis, we expect these one and two bedroom apartments to fly, so book your viewing now to avoid disappointment.

Minshull Warehouse is the Victorian shipping warehouse that played a starring role in Manchester’s Industrial Revolution-era textiles boom. Later, Baracuta fell for it, using the warehouse as the manufacturing home of its famous Harrington Jacket. Developers CAPITAL&CENTRIC & HBD have lovingly restored this Grade II-listed beauty, mixing original features and contemporary design to create some of the city’s most-wanted apartments.

Another key piece of Manchester’s history, Minto & Turner is a Grade II-listed canal warehouse that was built to store cotton transported on the Rochdale Canal. In the 1970’s, the warehouse came close to being condemned, but was saved as a key symbol of the Cottonopolis. Kampus has brought this Victorian wonder back to life with contemporary loft-style apartments, with staggeringly special original ironwork and brick.

Minto & Turner’s front door opens onto the soon to be reborn Little David Street, which is set to be a hidden getaway amongst the garden neighbourhood. It will be home to some of the site’s newest tenants complete with outdoor seating on the cobbles, perfect for whiling the evening away.

To live in the midst of Manchester’s rich cotton heritage book your viewing now.
