Visting Kampus

The heart of Kampus, a canal-side garden that’s open to all – a little bit wild, and a whole lot of lush. Surrounded by Manchester’s favourite food, drink and shopping spots that you can happen upon almost by chance. Flashes of green are set against sandstone and warm brick reds, old, old cobbles and the beautiful canal. The perfect place to take a moment, sit back, meet friends, hang out and party. With leaves and flowers all year round, we reckon all that Manchester rain will finally prove good for something!

It's a location thing.

Find us in one of Manchester’s most loved neighbourhoods.

Just over the road – or waters – of Canal Street, KAMPUS is tucked away in red-bricked bliss. Perfect for busy professionals and creatives, our apartments are settled around a lush Neighbourhood garden, hiding a green oasis right in the middle of the city.

As we’re just a five-minute walk from Piccadilly station, commutes are cut in two – and a 10 minute amble into the centre of town means you’re never far from fun.

At KAMPUS, you’re at the centre of everything. It’s kind of what we do.

So much to do, so much to see…

Surrounded by Manchester’s favourite food, drink and shopping spots, KAMPUS is a bit of what you like… whenever you like.

That includes pop-up stops and permanent shops, bars and fresh bites, locally brewed beer and beans (for those early-morning caffinators) and much more. Wherever the mood takes you, find yourself in the best place to kick back, relax – or take the party up a notch.

As well as being one of the best places to live in Manchester (if we do say so ourselves) – we’re quite the destination.

With an eclectic calendar of events, parties and pop-ups, there is always something going on at Kampus.

You won’t run out of things to impress your guests with a constant stream of independents featuring in our neighbourhood spaces, including amazing wine creators, food makers, and top-notch bakers.
