The Nordic’s know best, when it comes to the power of hot and cold therapy. Hiva sauna are launching a very exciting initiative in the Kampus gardens. Dust off those winter cobwebs, improve circulation and energy and enjoy a floating like sensation by enjoying a hot sauna session followed by a plunge in an ice bath. Sound Baths are meditative experiences during which a group of people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, and are places of rest. Join Sabira as she hosts weekly sound therapy sessions, every Wednesday throughout January.

The Galvanise project is a workshop designed for yoga instructors, but PT’s, Pilates/Group Exercise and anyone who feels like they may benefit from a group to bounce and thrive in are welcome. Instructor Kate believes that in the busy world in which we live, it is important to step back and develop in our own space so that we can give more to the individuals we teach. Classes can be block booked or selected individually.

Self Employed Supper Club is a monthly event for all self-employed who are interested in connecting with others and reconnecting with themselves on multiple levels. With a talk, movement, supper format, join Anna and Fran for an evening of pure giving back to yourself. There’s not a better way to start the year right, with some nice learning, movement, company and incredibly delicious and nutritious food!

Shake the Dust is a transformative workshop and embodied practice of the bodyheartmind. Through a guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice, join mentor Jenny to journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive moment (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics and bodyweight training, not to mention a carefully curated playlist, this practice is designed for anyone, finishing with 60min Embodied Yinâ„¢ practice.

A Dance with the elements is a workshop for anyone interested in dance, moving and/or yoga in which we will move with our gut intuition through the elements of Earth with the lense of Chinese Medicine, Yogic Philosophy and Tantra. With coaches Kate and Jenny, explore in containers of movement/dance and yoga, (seated, standing, floorwork, travelling) breath work and also end the day with Ecstatic dance to make you feel high off your own body to live music. Nourish yourself with delicious vegan food linked to the element of Earth.

Men’s mental health has seen a become a huge talking point in recent years, and we at Kampus we want to help break the stigma around it. This Mens Wellness Event run by Outside Fit, Nicola James and Mandem MeetUp will include yoga, meditation and talks on men’s mental health. Raising money for men’s mental health charity Mandem MeetUp.
