Beloved local restaurant Osma, known for their signature innovative yet simple cooking, bring their new take on casual dining to Kampus. From Sunday 31st August, join Head Chef Danielle Heron and co-owner Sofie Stoermann-Naess as they take over the Kampus Bungalow for a two month residency.

Named NORDO SANDO – the sandwich pop up will live up to Osma’s known eye for quality. The small but mighty menu will feature Japanese-style sandos using brioche from Prestwich’s Masa Bakery. A small plates menu of Osma favourites will also feature for those dining in, such as fresh oysters with inventive toppings and a selection of sashimi.

Visitors to the pop up can also expect some exciting collabs, with Nordo Sando inviting some of the best food operators in the city to take part over the course of the residency. For drinks, guests can enjoy a curated selection of bottled beers, wine and canned cocktails from popular drinks brand Moth.
